As usual, I have my own story to this illustration, but you are free to make up your own if you'd like.
This was a piece created in Photoshop CS with a Wacom Tablet. It took me four days! That's a record for me. :XD: Usually I don't have this much patience, but I'm trying to push myself to the limits. Maybe the next piece will be even more intricate.
I tried to go for a similar style as I did with "Homeward Bound". Though that one was a traditional piece, I thought maybe I could use similar colors in this one. I think I like the result. The colors in this one are more dull-looking, but they are appropriate for the mood of this piece.

Everything from the small details like the flowers to the gorgeous horse!:wow: I didn't think you could out do yourself from the last picture you drew but once again I was wrong! This is wonderful, I can tell you had one fun time with the trees!:D

Oh yes.... I just loooooooove trees and vines. :sarcasm: :D Those things took forever and ever. I'm really glad you like it. :aww: Sometimes I question my sanity, but I have a feeling I'll try to outdo myself again. :) That's what it's all about! :D

The colours are looking quite good. like the faint tint of red and blue. Alsothe details on the woodland plants in the foreground are outstanding and so well executed. The dog on the horse looks like an companion to old or weary to move along on his own anymore. Also the hefty knapsack speaks of lot and maybe precious goods acquired in strange lands albeit they have come at a dear price.
