I just finished this illustration for a client. This one is also for the same RPG as the two previous ones. The description was of a young village girl (with blondish/brownish shoulder-length or longer hair) sitting under a tree reading, momentarily distracted by something (an insect, flower etc.) with a look on her face that foreshadows her doom. Dark clouds above, flowers in the grass, her village visible at the bottom of the hill.
This shows masterful storytelling, managing to incorporate all the required elements, including the foreboding feel. I notice how you effectively used the tree limbs to further accentuate the sense of impending doom. I wonder if the flowers have special significance, since she's surrounded by them, and she also appears to be reading about them. Hmm... That village looks like it has a max population of about 50. Plenty to visually drink in, the mark of a glorious illustration.
Well done. You're hired.

"Beware the beast Man, for he is the Devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed... Shun him; drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death."
Two and a half days. With some food, drink and park breaks between. I'm happy you like it. The client was very satisfied as well. I'll be doing one more piece for him and that one is due in the next two weeks. The next one won't be as elaborate but also of the same character. I'm not sure what it all means but I'll be happy to see it once it has been printed. That's when I'll find out all the details behind the game. As for that village, there could be houses under that hill, you don't know. Where I come from... some villages are lucky to have a total of 50 people.
I wasn't knocking it. With a smaller population, it's less people you have to worry about swiping your Snickers Bar. I HATE it when that happens!

Gotta crush on a pretty pistol,
Should I tell her that I feel this way?
