O.K...... this is the very last OLD piece that I'll upload for a while. 
I did this when I was in 9th grade. It was my second scratch-board project ever, and it was sort of fun to create. This one is also a shameless copy of something I found in a magazine. (I believe it was a decorative plate of some sort). The thing about scratchboard is, that once you make a mistake,...that's it. There's no way to fix it without making it obvious. This piece is plagued with mistakes, but it could have been worse. I had another scratchboard piece that actually made it into our art-school gallery, but when I was taking my stuff down, I left it outside on a bench,.. and when I came back it was gone. It portrayed two racoons fishing in a river. I liked it,... it was one of my better ones, but who knows where it is now.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
